Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical decisions Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance across teams Development Design and build custom Salesforce applications using: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce REST/SOAP APIs Develop integrations and enterprise-level solutions Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability Operational Excellence Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications Provide production support and troubleshoot issues Implement best practices for security, performance, and governance Mentor junior developers Must-Have Skills 8+ years of Salesforce development experience Strong hands-on expertise with: Apex, LWC, Visualforce Salesforce APIs & integrations 5+ years in solution architecture / technical leadership Experience designing scalable, enterprise-level applications Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I Platform App Builder Application Architect (highly preferred) Experience with: Salesforce Flows & data modeling Security & sharing rules Bulk API & batch processing GitHub and CI/CD pipelines Advanced SQL / SOQL What Makes This Role Interesting Work on
