Occupational Therapist

In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence, safety, and quality of life across diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and educate patients and families.
