Occupational Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that enhance independence, safety, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
