ServiceNow Architect (m/f/d)

Exciting opportunities await you – at ALTANA, we are managing our IT processes centrally via ServiceNow. As its architect, you will play a key role in shaping this foundation. You will develop long-term solutions, make design decisions, and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical excellence:
- Ensue adherence to ServiceNow standards (out-of-the-box first) and help do develop and monitor governance directives
- Assess requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and technical feasibility in the context of the platform
- Conduct architecture reviews as well as identify and resolve technical debt to secure a consistent platform
- Advise stakeholders and management on ServiceNow-related matters
With this profile, you convince us – your role with us is based on your substantial track record of several years in devising and implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB). You also have proven expertise in creating solution designs that prioritize the out-of-the-box approach. In addition, you bring the following:
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, web services (REST / SOAP), and CSDM
- Experience in collaborating with agile teams and defining development guidelines
- Strong process understanding (ITIL)
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Confident behavior when facilitating workshops and advising stakeholders
