Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury and medical malpractice cases from inception through settlement or trial
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
- Obtain, organize, and analyze medical records, bills, and related documentation
- Coordinate with medical providers, experts, clients, and insurance carriers
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and case summaries
- Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are accurately tracked and met
- Support depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation
- Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures
- Experience handling medical records and working with expert witnesses
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
