This is an exciting opportunity to join both the largest national and one of the most respected local commercial roofing contractors in the country. Pieros Construction is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support our Somerville location. This role is responsible for managing all sales activities within an assigned territory and plays a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships. The Sales Representative forecasts business, solicits, and secures work from new and existing customers, provides ongoing customer support, and prepares required reports. This role owns the overall Sales and Marketing effort for the assigned territory and actively contributes to Pieros' broader business development strategy. Job Functions: Manage assigned sales territory and build strong working relationships with customers and prospects Visit customer and potential customer facilities to evaluate roofing needs and develop long-term service and maintenance solutions Perform rooftop inspections of existing roof systems to identify service needs and opportunities Document inspections thoroughly, including photos, drawings, and written descriptions, and provide complete information to the estimating team for pricing Prepare clear, professional quotes for roofing services and present the full scope of work to customers Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, facility, and contact information in the customer management system Handle all assigned sales and service responsibilities within the territory Assist with the collection of outstanding receivables and help identify and resolve issues that may delay payment Track and report sales activity, won and lost business, and territory performance Perform other related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 23 years of experience in roofing sales Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, practices, and methods, with a solid understanding of the sales process Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency Professional, dependable, and customer-focused General math skills for measurements and job pricing Compensation: $60,000 base salary plus incentive pay based on performance Pieros Construction Co., Tecta America offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc
