- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contract terms, project documentation, and approved billing schedules.
- Manage and monitor the Accounts Receivable inbox, responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track billing status and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment and resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with project teams and customers to resolve billing issues, change orders, and support documentation requests.
- Maintain customer records, billing files, and project-related financial documentation.
- Review, track, and maintain proof of insurance, lien waivers, and other required compliance documents for active project sites.
- Ensure required documentation is current and properly filed to support ongoing project operations and billing eligibility.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and reporting.
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing requested accounts receivable and compliance documentation.
- Perform additional administrative or accounting support tasks as needed.
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting support role
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes and payment tracking
- Experience managing shared inboxes and high-volume customer communication.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
