As a key member of a collaborative and patient-focused team, you will guide patients through prescribed exercises, assist with mobilization and functional training, and carefully monitor their response to treatment. You will accurately document objective measures, progress notes, and patient outcomes in the electronic medical record, ensuring all care meets regulatory, ethical, and clinic standards. Our clinic culture emphasizes continuous learning, professional growth, and compassionate care. You will have the opportunity to develop specialized skills in hand therapy and rehabilitation while working alongside therapists known for their expertise and commitment to personalized care. You will participate in team discussions about patient cases, contribute to problem-solving and treatment progression, and maintain open communication with therapists, physicians, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

You will follow infection control and safety protocols, support a clean and organized treatment environment, and uphold HIPAA and confidentiality requirements at all times. The role is hands-on and on-site, working directly with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
