Orthodontic Assistant

Our office is seeking a talented and experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. We are a one doctor, one location practice who focuses on customer service and our Team has a family feel. We are a small boutique office so strong orthodontic skill sets are a must. This is a Monday-Thursday position.

Compensation: $20-$28 per hour depending on experience and skill sets.

Our Bonus program will be explained during interview.

Schedule:M-Th 7:30-3:30.

Duties for our Orthodontic Assistant Include:

• Ensuring that all orthodontic instruments and equipment are properly sterilized before each use.
• Taking intraoral X-rays of patients’ mouths.
• Taking photographs of patients’ teeth to aid the Orthodontist in developing treatment plans and to document patient progress
• Removing and replacing wires, coil springs, donuts, and elastic bands.
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and braces aftercare.
• Must be a dynamic Team player who supports the customer service vision of the practice
