Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:
Assist in the design of electrical and M&E projects alongside the wider design team Develop and produce Electrical CAD drawings Co-ordinate M&E services with overall scheme designs Attend and contribute to project design meetings Prepare material take-offs and bills of materials Produce costings and quotations for projects Source pricing from suppliers and sub-contractors Support sub-contract enquiries and supplier negotiations Maintain and update installation drawings throughout project lifecycles Prepare as-fitted drawings upon project completion Work closely with managers and designers to ensure projects meet client and company requirements Occasional site visits alongside a primarily office/home-based role
