As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment at Splash Waterworld. Your attention to detail and warm customer service will shine as you lead and support poolside activities, crafting memorable moments for our guests.

• Ensure guest safety and enjoyment in the pool and on the flumes.
• Lead engaging poolside activities.
• Work collaboratively across different teams to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in accommodation areas on Mondays and Fridays.

We’re looking for a spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a lively environment and enjoys learning new skills. As a Team Member Plus, your week will be varied and exciting, with opportunities to connect with diverse team members and guests.

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

Swim Test Requirement:

• Swim 50m in under 75 seconds
• Tread water
• Surface dive
• Climb out of the pool unaided
