Membership Sales Executive
to represent FSB in the field, engaging directly with small business owners to grow membership and strengthen long-term relationships. The Role This is a field-based sales role where youll take ownership of your territory, proactively meeting small business owners face to face to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of FSB membership. Alongside in-person activity, youll also use phone, video, and digital channels to manage leads and maximise conversion and retention. Youll play a key role in driving new membership growth, retaining existing members, and contributing to FSBs wider mission to champion small businesses across the UK. What Youll Be Doing Proactively generating new business through face-to-face meetings, cold calling, outbound activity, referrals, and events
