A career as a Senior Domain Architect  within the IT Architecture team of the Enterprise Solutions, Acceleration and Data sector at National Bank means leveraging your business architecture skills, your experience in managing client requests, and process automation, combining them with your technology expertise to positively impact the client, employee, and partner experience, as well as the profitability and growth of our sector.
Your job

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business lines within the Service Management domain (including low-code and hyperautomation components) in the development of the domain’s long-term strategic vision and in ongoing decision-making
  • Gather business strategies, challenges, and operational realities, translate them into multi-channel, multi-business line solutions, and propose strategies to support business execution
  • Establish and maintain the business capability map for the Service Management domain (including low-code and hyperautomation components), in collaboration with the business line and data governance
  • Maintain the target architecture and the technology ecosystem transformation roadmap
  • Support and guide delivery teams, ensuring that implemented solutions align with the roadmap and comply with the Bank’s architectural guidelines and standards
  • Identify interdependencies and potential synergies across initiatives
  • Ensure the healthy evolution of the application portfolio (obsolescence management, technology debt reduction, simplification of the overall IT ecosystem, etc.)
  • Perform environmental scanning to stay informed of business and technology trends and best practices, and contribute to the innovation process with the business line

Your team

Within the IT Delivery sector for Enterprise Solutions, Acceleration and Data, you will be part of a team of 12 colleagues and report to the Strategy and Delivery Architect. Our team stands out for its expertise in data management, delivery of cross-functional capabilities, close collaboration with the business line, and strong teamwork.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience as a Senior Architect delivering multiple large-scale projects in a large enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of the Service Management domain, Low Code, and hyperautomation is an asset
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, including decomposing solutions into business and technology capabilities
  • Strong mastery of the concepts, technologies, and solutions within a modern digital ecosystem (e.g., microservices, APIs, data streaming, security, elasticity, PaaS, Cloud SaaS, DevOps)
  • Hold an AWS Cloud Architect certification
