*About the Role*
The successful candidate will manage their own files while working collaboratively with the rest of the legal and administrative team. You will have direct responsibility for client matters, with mentorship and support available where needed.

*Skills and Experience*
*Required:*
* Called, or eligible to be called, to the Bar of British Columbia
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and client-service skills
* Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
* Technological proficiency, including comfort with cloud-based systems
* Good judgment and professionalism
*Preferred:*
* At least 2 years of experience practicing law in British Columbia
* Experience in one or more of litigation, family law, real estate, corporate/commercial law, wills and estates, or estate planning
Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they are a strong fit.

This is a full-time, permanent position, located in Invermere, British Columbia. Reasonable remote work is encouraged, subject to the firm's needs.
