Role mission
As a Talent Acquisition and Management Partner, you will play a key role in our growth by actively contributing to the sourcing, identification, evaluation, and recruitment of our field teams, while also playing a central role in onboarding and the employee journey.
Key responsibilities
Talent acquisition and attraction
Source, identify, attract, evaluate, and recruit field talent through innovative sourcing and networking strategies (internal referrals, field recruiting, job postings, events, social media, etc.)
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Ensure an optimized recruitment process that delivers a seamless and engaging candidate experience
In collaboration with our marketing team, develop recruitment campaigns to promote our culture and opportunities on social media.
Talent management
Lead onboarding for new employees: coordinate start dates, clothing/equipment orders, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth integration experience.
Deliver an exceptional employee experience by building trusted relationships with teams and proposing initiatives to enhance well-being and job satisfaction.
Partner with managers to develop performance management tools
Design and implement training programs to support team development.
Health & Safety (OHS) and compliance
Lead the OHS committee.
Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of practices aligned with Bill 27.
Help strengthen a strong culture of prevention.
3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the construction industry.
Relevant degree in Human Sciences or a related field.
Excellent listening skills and a genuine interest in people.
You enjoy working independently and taking initiative.
You thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
You love using your creativity to design digital content for platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
You have strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
You’re able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently and with enthusiasm.
