Role mission
As a Talent Acquisition and Management Partner, you will play a key role in our growth by actively contributing to the sourcing, identification, evaluation, and recruitment of our field teams, while also playing a central role in onboarding and the employee journey.

Key responsibilities

Talent acquisition and attraction

  • Source, identify, attract, evaluate, and recruit field talent through innovative sourcing and networking strategies (internal referrals, field recruiting, job postings, events, social media, etc.)

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines.

  • Ensure an optimized recruitment process that delivers a seamless and engaging candidate experience

  • In collaboration with our marketing team, develop recruitment campaigns to promote our culture and opportunities on social media.

Talent management

  • Lead onboarding for new employees: coordinate start dates, clothing/equipment orders, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth integration experience.

  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience by building trusted relationships with teams and proposing initiatives to enhance well-being and job satisfaction.

  • Partner with managers to develop performance management tools

  • Design and implement training programs to support team development.

Health & Safety (OHS) and compliance

  • Lead the OHS committee.

  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of practices aligned with Bill 27.

  • Help strengthen a strong culture of prevention.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the construction industry.

  • Relevant degree in Human Sciences or a related field.

  • Excellent listening skills and a genuine interest in people.

  • You enjoy working independently and taking initiative.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

  • You love using your creativity to design digital content for platforms like Facebook and TikTok.

  • You have strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

  • You’re able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently and with enthusiasm.
