This position requires bilingualism, as our headquarters are located in Ontario.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer requests by phone, email, or in person.
- Enter orders into the computer system (in-house system).
- Provide the required information to customers regarding products or forward requests to the appropriate representatives.
- Perform various follow-ups with customers and respond to requests from the head office.
- Greet customers who come on-site and handle monetary transactions.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
What we offer:
Yearly salary starting from $45,000
Schedule from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours/week.
10 sick days per year.
3 weeks of paid vacation after one year.

We are easily accessible by public transportation.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Completed Secondary 5 or a DEP in horticulture (an asset).
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to maintain a fast work pace during the busy season (spring and summer).
- Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Functional spoken and written English.
- Possess a valid work permit in Canada (mandatory)
