Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a growing manufacturing company, for an Operations Coordinator / Assistant Operations Manager position in Laval.
Laval, QC
Salary: approximately $55,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday – full-time
Permanent position – on-site
You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth coordination across departments.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily production activities and priorities
- Assist in planning and managing production schedules
- Ensure effective communication between departments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports
- Support inventory and tools management
- Assist in operational budgeting
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners
- Support team training and operational processes
- Diploma or degree in operations management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in coordination or supervision
- Technical understanding of production (CNC or manufacturing environment)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Bilingual (French and English required)
- Experience with ERP systems (asset)
