About the RoleAre you a skilled Multiskilled Technician ready to shine in a high-end corporate environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team, delivering exceptional building services to prestigious commercial office spaces. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance and service excellence at all times.
Where You Will Work- Primarily based at our London HQ in a high-end corporate office.
- Complete PPM tasks (1-2 days per month) at our Birmingham and Manchester offices.
- Attend to reactive tasks in Birmingham and Manchester as needed.
- Perform PPM tasks and reactive maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems in line with agreed schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance/Installation work according to industry regulations, including IET Wiring Regulations BS7671.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with Facilities Managers in Birmingham and Manchester.
- Deliver exceptional service to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while ensuring statutory compliance.
- Oversee minor works and collaborate with the onsite FM team and service partners for seamless service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet all contractual obligations.
- Supervise subcontractor work, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety standards.
- Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota for London (1-3).
- Work Monday to Friday.
- Recognised Electrical or Mechanical trade qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Proven experience in performing PPMs and handling routine electrical and mechanical maintenance (SFG20 or equivalent).
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills – this is a client-facing role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
