Oversee a shared inbox, ensuring customer enquiries are responded to efficiently and prioritised appropriately Prepare and issue quotations while liaising with suppliers to progress requests Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records within internal systems Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering a high level of service Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely communication of updatesEssential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
