Associate Dentist – Cynthiana, KY

Our private dental practice located just 45 minutes from Lexington, KY in Cynthiana is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, modern office with updated technology and a strong team, with potential for future partnership.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry procedures including bread and butter dentistry
• Perform simple endodontic procedures and extractions as needed
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a comfortable and efficient manner
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Open to new grads, 1–2 years of experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently (no other dentist on site)
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Pay & Compensation

• Percentage of collections
• Daily minimum guarantee for the first 6 months
• CE allowance
• Partnership opportunity available

• Team includes 1 Front Office, 1.5 Hygienists, and 1 Dental Assistant
• Fully digital office with digital X-rays and scanner
