Clinical Autonomy: Complete control over your treatment planning and material choices. Being personable and treatment planning patients is key.
Patient Base: Well-maintained, long-term patients who value their oral health and trust our clinical recommendations.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: $600-$800guaranteed daily base for 6 months and 35% percentage of collections.
Modern Technology: Fully digital office with [Cerec, CBCT, Digital X-rays, Implant surgical kit, Rotary Endo, Diode laser, Milling unit].
Support Staff: Work alongside a highly trained, tenured team of assistants and hygienists who keep the day running smoothly.
Professional Growth: Mentorship available from senior clinicians for complex restorative, endodontic, or surgical cases.
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license in good standing.
Strong communication skills and a "chairside manner" that builds immediate trust.
Proficiency in general dentistry (Restorative, Crown & Bridge, Extractions, RCT). Specialized interests ( Implants, Invisalign) are a major plus.
A commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental advancements.
Experience of 1-3 years is preferred or AEGD/GPR completion.
About the Practice
For decades, our practice has been a pillar of the community. We have built a reputation for integrity and excellence, resulting in a consistent flow of new patients and a high retention rate for our existing ones. We are looking for an associate who wants a long-term professional home where they can grow their career and provide exceptional care.
