This onsite role at our Lafayette Hill, PA facility is ideal for engineering, packaging, or technically driven professionals who want hands‑on exposure to real production environments.

In this role, you will support the technical development, testing, and execution of label and packaging solutions, working closely with engineering, operations, quality, and customers. Your work will directly influence label design, manufacturability, application performance, documentation, and compliance—from concept through production.

What You’ll Work On

Support and coordinate 10+ active projects across label and packaging development
Create, update, and interpret 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD LT
Support label design and development for pharmaceutical and other regulated applications
Produce hand mockups for internal testing and customer review
Conduct lab and application testing to verify label performance and compliance
Identify and interpret customer specifications, artwork, and technical drawings
Troubleshoot label application and performance issues, partnering with operations and customers
Write clear, professional technical documentation, including testing results and project reports
Maintain accurate documentation for data collection, press setup/settings, and process changes
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in engineering, packaging, or a technical discipline
3–5 years of experience in a similar technical role, or 2–4 years in prime label manufacturing
AutoCAD experience required (AutoCAD LT preferred), including creation and interpretation of 2D drawings
Experience in packaging, printing, and/or converting technologies
Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency with algebra and measurements
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot manufacturing or label application issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
Ability to produce clear, professional written documentation and reports
Comfortable working in manufacturing, lab, and customer‑facing environments
Willingness to travel extensively (30–60%), including short‑notice trips, weekends, and potential international travel
