À propos
After recently coming in at #19 in Campaign’s Best Places to Work, we’re looking for a brand-new AI Integrator to join our team and help us shape what the next chapter of our agency looks like.
We’re looking for someone who fits with our company values; hard-working, passionate, caring and knowledgeable, and in turn we provide freedom and flexibility in getting the job done.
Trio Media is an award-winning digital marketing agency that acts as a strategic marketing partner to our clients, delivering solutions across web, search and social. We have clients in a variety of industries but one thing they all have in common is they work with us to understand their needs and help to deliver their objectives. Our team works passionately to deliver exceptional customer service and well-thought-out marketing campaigns that deliver results.
*AI Integrator *
This is a brand-new role at Trio Media, created to help us deliver on our existing workplace AI projects and to fully embed AI across every corner of the agency. From paid media and SEO to web, content and client services, you’ll be the person who turns “wouldn’t it be cool if…” into something that’s actually created, used daily, and measurably making the team faster, sharper and more creative.
Because this is a new and emerging space, we’re not expecting a long CV of AI Integration roles, instead we’re looking for someone genuinely passionate about AI who can show us the cool things they’ve already built, prompted, automated or experimented with. We are open to people from any previous background as long as you can clearly demonstrate your understanding and knowledge of using AI to improve workplace efficiencies.
*The role*
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll work across every department to identify where AI can have the biggest impact, design and roll out the solutions, and bring the whole team along with you. It’s a hands-on role, part builder, part trainer, part internal champion, and you’ll have real ownership of how AI systems and processes are adopted across the business.
*Responsibilities*
* Take ownership of our existing workplace AI projects and drive them through to delivery, ensuring they create real, measurable value for the team and our clients.
* Identify, scope and prioritise new AI use cases across marketing, sales, account management, finance and operations.
* Design, test and refine prompts, workflows and agents that solve genuine day-to-day problems for our team.
* Build internal tools, automations and integrations using Claude, the Claude API and complementary platforms to streamline how we work.
* Run hands-on training sessions, workshops and “lunch-and-learns” that help colleagues get genuinely confident with AI, with the scope to roll this out to our clients as part of a new event series
* Create clear documentation, prompt libraries and playbooks so that good AI practice is shared, repeatable and improving over time.
* Champion responsible AI use - setting sensible guardrails around data, client confidentiality, accuracy and brand voice.
* Track and report on adoption, time saved and quality improvements so we can see exactly what AI is doing for the business.
* Stay across what’s happening in the wider AI space (new releases, model updates, agent frameworks, industry use cases) and translate it into practical opportunities for Trio.
* Support our client-facing teams in spotting where AI can enhance the work we deliver - always with quality, ethics and brand integrity front of mind.
*Required skills and experience*
* A genuine, demonstrable passion for AI - you can show us projects, prompts, automations or experiments you’ve built (at work, at home, or just for fun).
* A working understanding of Claude and the benefits it can bring to a workplace - including where it excels, where it doesn’t, and how to get the most out of it.
* Confident, hands-on prompt engineering skills, with a clear sense of how to design prompts and workflows that produce reliable, high-quality results.
* Comfort working with AI tools and platforms beyond Claude (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Replit, and automation tools like Zapier or Make).
* Strong communication skills - you can explain AI concepts in plain English to people who aren’t technical, and you genuinely enjoy doing it.
* A delivery mindset: you’re organised, you can run your own projects, and you finish what you start.
* Curiosity and a constant-learner mentality - this space moves fast and you’ll need to move with it. You have to be a complete self-starter.
* Critical thinker and problem solver, with sound judgement around accuracy, data and risk.
* Literacy with everyday workplace tools - Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, or Microsoft equivalents.
* A team player who fits with our values: hard-working, passionate, caring and knowledgeable.
*Desirable skills (extra points if you have these!)*
* Experience working in or with a marketing or creative agency.
* Familiarity with the Claude API, MCP servers, agents or other developer-side AI tooling.
* Basic scripting or no-code/low-code skills (Python, JavaScript, n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable).
* Experience running training sessions, workshops or building internal documentation.
* An understanding of data protection and responsible AI principles (GDPR, confidentiality, bias).
* Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, SEMRush, Hubspot, WordPress or Shopify.
*What you’ll get in return*
* A salary of £30,000 – £40,000, depending on experience.
* A genuinely brand-new role with the freedom to shape what “good” looks like.
* Hybrid working, with at least one day a week from our Chapel Allerton, Leeds office and flexible hours around that.
* Direct access to senior leadership and real influence over how the agency evolves.
* Time, budget and encouragement to keep learning - conferences, courses, certifications and experimentation are all part of the job.
* A supportive, ambitious team that’s already been recognised as one of the UK’s best places to work.
* Weekly team activities and lunches
* Benefits package including work abroad for 30 days, free access to counselling and GP services, shopping discounts and more
