You may have begun your career as a Software Engineer but now manage the team or a consultant responsible for delivering software programmes? Is it more about people development now?
We would love for you to lead our Engineering Practice, shape the next generation and continue to support our Engineers in making a difference. As part of our phased growth plan in the UK, Redhorse International is recruiting for an Engineering Manager. Responsible for supporting our Engineers on client and R&D projects, you will have demonstrable experience of working within a software engineering environment as a Delivery Lead or Manager of Engineers. With a commercial yet innovative approach, you will be unafraid of change and ideally have the following qualities:
* Passionate about people and their evolution within an engineering environment
* Forward thinking, with commercial experience of encouraging others to deliver
* Consultative approach to mentor our Technical Leads
* Be the authority and evangelist for quality through best practice, technical assurance and compliance
* Confident communicator - adaptable, humble, professional, inclusive, compassionate
* Fluent in Scrum with a pragmatic dictionary and sense of humour.
The successful candidate should be prepared to meet our amazing, talented Engineers with a commitment to our values and clients, guiding them through the challenges of software engineering in the AI age to meet long term strategic growth plans.

Pay: £48,471.43-£114,534.56 per year
