This role involves supporting well-known food industry manufacturers through repetitive heavy lifting and physical tasks essential to creating high-quality foods enjoyed nationwide. You will work alongside experienced teams using industry-leading technology in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-DayPerform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting for extended periods.Work at heights using stairs, ladders, or platforms while adhering to safety protocols.Wear protective clothing and equipment, including safety shoes, masks, glasses, and gloves, following all grooming and safety requirements.Operate in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, noisy, dusty, and wet settings, around high-speed machinery.Read batch sheets and follow production procedures accurately to ensure quality standards. What You Bring – Skills that Make a DifferenceHigh school diploma or GED required; two years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks consistently.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature, and noisy environment.Willingness to work in all areas of the facility and adhere to safety and grooming standards.
