Production Operator

Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a Production Operator position in a manufacturing environment.

Salary: $22/hour
Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM
• Friday: until 12:00 PM
• Evening shift possible (based on operational needs)
  Permanent, full-time (on-site)

You will be involved in daily production operations, ensuring proper machine operation and maintaining product quality in a fast-paced industrial setting.

• Operate production machinery
• Follow production schedules
• Manufacture and assemble parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Inspect product quality
• Complete inspection reports
• Perform basic preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of measuring tools
• Ability to follow instructions
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Team player with a willingness to learn
