What You’ll Do
  • Demonstrate knowledge of agency compliance, including abuse, neglect, and exploitation policies, as well as state and federal guidelines
  • Assist various departments by handling calls from clinicians and patients
  • Retrieve and manage documentation (such as 485 forms) from the system to support scheduling needs
  • Ensure all sensitive and protected information is properly redacted before leaving the office
  • Support the scheduling team by relaying messages between clients and clinicians
  • Maintain clear, professional communication across departments to support patient care

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance (or ability to use public transportation)
