As a Sales Executive, you will be speaking directly with potential customers, handling incoming and outbound leads, and guiding clients through our process from initial enquiry to completion. This is a target-driven role suited to individuals who are confident, motivated, and eager to earn through performance. Key Responsibilities
Contact and speak with customers via phone using live inbound and outbound leads Build strong relationships and understand customer needs Guide clients through the sales journey and close deals Collect and organise client images and documentation as part of onboarding Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication Meet and exceed individual sales targets What Were Looking For
Confident and professional phone manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated with a drive to earn commission Resilient, target-driven, and results-focused Organised and comfortable handling client information/files Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required What We Offer
£26,000 base salary Uncapped commission
