What You'll Do:
* Lead implementation & support of Cisco Unified Communications systems
* Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical support across classified and unclassified environments
* Manage VoIP/UC system upgrades, monitoring, and documentation
* Deliver real-time troubleshooting and trend analysis on mission-essential networks
What You'll Need:
* 5+ years as a Cisco Voice Engineer
* CUCM | Cisco Unity | UCCX Scripting | VoIP | Routing & Switching
* CCNP Collaboration + IAT II certification (required)
* Active Top Secret clearance | U.S. Citizenship required
* BA/BS degree
Salary: $125,000 – $175,000/year
On-Site | Full Time | Day Shift
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
