Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Rula Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department within a forward-thinking, technology-driven organization. As part of Rula Health, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care while leveraging innovative digital tools developed by our parent company, Rula Technologies, which specializes in cutting-edge software and hardware solutions that enhance digital interfaces and user experiences. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy to a diverse adult population. You will conduct individual, couples, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and other empirically supported interventions. You will also perform risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning as needed, ensuring that patient care meets the highest clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will partner closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians to design integrated care plans, coordinate treatment, and support whole-person health. You will document all clinical encounters and care plans thoroughly and efficiently in our electronic health record system, utilizing Rula’s modern, user-friendly digital platforms to streamline workflow and improve patient engagement.
