Remote Clinical Licensed Psychologist

Rula Health is seeking a Remote Clinical Licensed Psychologist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care through a fully virtual model. In this role, you will provide individual psychotherapy and related clinical services to a diverse panel of clients using secure telehealth platforms, helping them navigate a wide range of behavioral health concerns while working from your home office. As part of the Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will draw on your advanced clinical training to complete comprehensive assessments, formulate accurate DSM-5/ICD-10 diagnoses, and develop collaborative treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, strengths, and challenges. You will provide ongoing, structured psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and other empirically supported approaches, while closely monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as clinically appropriate. You will be responsible for maintaining timely, thorough, and compliant documentation in our electronic health record system, including intake evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Risk assessment and crisis intervention are key components of this position; you will evaluate and respond to safety concerns, complete appropriate safety planning, and coordinate higher levels of care when clinically indicated. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other members of the client’s care network to ensure integrated, holistic treatment.
