As a key member of a collaborative and supportive team, you will work closely with other therapists, physicians, and staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless, high-quality service for every patient. Your day will include providing one-on-one treatment, instructing patients in home exercise programs, educating patients and families on injury prevention and post-operative care, and regularly reassessing progress to adjust plans of care. You will document all evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely in our electronic medical record system, adhering to clinical, legal, and payor requirements.
