Position Overview Trella is looking for its next DevOps Engineer to help us manage and improve our AWS cloud infrastructure as we continue to scale. This person will support CI/CD pipeline maturity and contribute to the reliability, security, and observability of Trella’s production systems. This role works across containerized workloads on ECS and EKS/Kubernetes, Terraform‑managed infrastructure, TeamCity build pipelines, and monitoring systems including New Relic, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
This DevOps Engineer will participate in release engineering, disaster recovery planning, information security operations (HIPAA/SOC2), and the ongoing effort to reduce managed server count through serverless and container‑based architectures. Cross‑functional collaboration with development, data engineering, and integration teams is a core part of the role.
We are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, hard‑working, friendly, and motivated to learn new ways of improving operations.
Location : This role is remote with a preference for candidates within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA. We will also consider applicants based in other U.S. locations.
