We’re a tech-driven company building software that businesses rely on every single day — and we’ve reached an inflection point. Our core systems are built in Delphi, but we’re already actively transitioning parts of our codebase into C#.
This isn’t a “someday” idea. It’s happening now. Carefully, deliberately, and with the kind of respect legacy systems deserve.
You’ll join a tight-knit, pragmatic team — the kind that prefers solving real problems over chasing trends. For onboarding, we’ll bring you into our Nottingham office so you can meet the team face-to-face, get up to speed properly, and build real connections from day one. After that, it’s largely remote, with flexibility built around how you work best.

You’ll spend part of your time working with and improving existing Delphi systems — and a growing part helping us design and build what comes next in C#. Over the next 2–5 years, you’ll play a key role in how that transition happens.
Success in this role looks like:
* Writing clean, reliable Delphi code while identifying opportunities to improve and evolve it
* Contributing to the ongoing transition into C# — not just coding, but shaping how we do it
* Helping bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern architecture
* Taking ownership of meaningful features and seeing them through end-to-end

Pay: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
Experience:
* Delphi coding: 5 years (required)
* C#: 2 years (preferred)
