Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking an RN Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering comprehensive, holistic healthcare services to underserved communities. In this mission-driven role, you will oversee daily clinical operations while ensuring that care is compassionate, evidence-based, and aligned with our focus on whole-person wellness and meaningful patient outcomes.
The RN Manager provides hands-on leadership to registered nurses and clinical support staff, coordinating staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You will guide nursing assessments and care planning, support care coordination across disciplines, and help remove barriers to care for patients facing complex medical and social challenges.
Working in close collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and community partners, the RN Manager promotes integrated, team-based care that addresses both clinical needs and social determinants of health. You will play a central role in quality improvement efforts, using clinical and operational data to track outcomes, drive improvements, and enhance the patient and staff experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong clinical judgment with proven leadership skills and a passion for community health. You will mentor and develop nursing staff, support continuing education, and foster a culture grounded in compassion, integrity, accountability, and community engagement. Responsibilities include participating in hiring and onboarding, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, infection control practices, and organizational policies.
