Ever wondered what it’s like to work behind the scenes of blockbuster productions? As a Rigging Yard Operative , you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting the Rigging Department in one of the world’s most iconic studios. This is a unique opportunity to gain specialized training and hands-on experience in the film industry, where creativity meets craftsmanship.

In this exciting position, you will:

• Prepare scaffolding and rigging equipment for production delivery
• Count and log returns
• Maintain an organized rigging yard
• Complete return and delivery notes
• Obtain signatures for deliveries and returns as needed
• Help maintain departmental records of rigging equipment
• Establish and nurture good working relationships with clients
• Drive as required (if you hold an appropriate license)
• Continuously seek to improve processes across all operations

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Experience with manual handling of scaffold equipment (desirable)
• Previous experience in a scaffold environment (desirable)
• Experience working in a yard (desirable)
• A full clean driving license (desirable)

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a world-class film and TV studio, boasting one of the largest facilities in the UK. Our purpose-built site features:

• 20 sound stages
• Production offices and workshops
• An indoor water tank
• An extensive backlot

WBSL also includes Warner Bros. Set Lighting & Rigging, providing state-of-the-art lighting equipment and production supplies for shoots worldwide. Plus, our adjacent Warner Bros. Leavesden Park offers modern office spaces and The WonderWorks, a bespoke childcare facility for those working on-site.

This role is advertised as Onsite , meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the studio. Please note that WBD reserves the right to adjust this working agreement as necessary for business needs.
