Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 3
Type: Permanent | Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, ensuring outstanding opportunities for children.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Partner with parents to meet the developmental needs of each child.
• Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued growth.
• Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively participating in your own professional development.
• Foster a fun, caring, and friendly atmosphere.
• Promote a high-quality learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
• The ability to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
