Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? At Pediatric Therapy Services, we’re looking for a compassionate and creative *Pediatric Physical Therapist* to bring energy, skill, and heart to our dynamic multidisciplinary team. *About the Role:*
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll work with children of all ages to help them build strength, mobility, and independence. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment that values fresh ideas, flexibility, and a true love of working with kids.
*What You’ll Be Doing:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each child’s physical strengths and challenges
* Create and implement personalized treatment plans focused on functional goals
* Use creative, play-based approaches to keep therapy engaging and child-centered
* Educate and guide families on home exercises and ongoing care strategies
* Monitor progress and make thoughtful adjustments to treatment plans as needed
* Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and outcomes
* Collaborate with our team of speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists for well-rounded care
*Who We’re Looking For:*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
* Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in Florida
* Passion for working with children and families
* Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
* Creativity, patience, and flexibility in adapting therapy to each child’s needs
* Solid understanding of pediatric development, anatomy, and PT practices
* Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to support passionate learners
