Dental Assistant – Yorktown, VA | Nicoli Pediatric Dentistry

Nicoli Pediatric Dentistry is a new and growing pediatric practice in Yorktown, VA seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We are building a positive, team-oriented environment focused on providing high-quality care to children of all ages. This is a great opportunity to grow with a practice from the ground up.

Schedule, Full Time
Monday – Thursday

Pay & Compensation

• $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
• Seat and prepare patients for treatment
• Take dental radiographs
• Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
• Support patient flow and ensure a positive experience for children and parents
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

Requirements

• Prior dental assisting experience preferred
• Pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Comfortable working with children
