We are seeking a driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to help grow our beverage portfolio through proactive outbound sales and account management. This is a
phone-first, quota-carrying sales role
focused on driving revenue, increasing placements, and building strong retail relationships without being in the field full-time. This role is ideal for a
people person
who is competitive, resilient, and motivated by hitting daily activity goals and closing sales. What You'll Do
Outbound Sales & Account Management New Business Development Execution of Sales Priorities What We're Looking For
Strong phone presence and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage a large account list Competitive mindset with a desire to hit and exceed targets Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment What Success Looks Like
Consistently hitting daily call targets Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue quota Driving new product placements and promotional execution Core Values
