As an OT, you’ll empower individuals to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills through creative, hands-on therapy. Every session is a chance to spark growth, celebrate milestones, and be a part of something truly life-changing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver fun, effective, and individualized treatment plans that help clients gain independence in everyday tasks.
Use creativity and clinical expertise to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and emotional regulation.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and consistent care.
Track progress through clear documentation and adjust strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.
Create a positive, motivating environment where every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and growth opportunities to continuously improve your craft and impact.
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Passion for working with children and families, especially those with developmental differences.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, encourage, and connect.
Skilled in adapting therapy to meet diverse client needs in creative and playful ways.
Comfortable collaborating in a team-based setting and receiving/giving feedback.
Driven by purpose, heart, and a desire to truly make a difference every single day.
