Position Overview
We are seeking a *full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to provide *center-based pediatric speech therapy services*. Many clients may also receive ABA services, allowing for collaboration with BCBAs in a supportive, team-based environment.
This role offers consistent scheduling, administrative support, and the opportunity to help build and shape a growing speech program within an established ABA organization.
Responsibilities
* Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members as appropriate
* Provide caregiver education and training
* Complete timely and accurate documentation
* Maintain compliance with ASHA, Georgia licensure, and ethical standards
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active or eligible *Georgia SLP license*
* Pediatric experience preferred
* Comfortable working in a collaborative ABA setting (training provided)
Compensation & Benefits
* *$50–$60 per hour*, based on experience
