Senior User Experience Designer

We’re seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join a growing digital experience team with our client. In this role, you’ll craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences across mobile apps, dashboards, enterprise tools, and web platforms.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that simplify complexity, empower users, and deliver measurable results on impactful healthcare projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance both user satisfaction and business performance.
• Apply user-centered design principles and usability best practices to create effective digital experiences.
• Develop interactive prototypes and visual designs using tools like Figma , Tableau , and AI-powered design tools .
• Leverage AI technologies to streamline workflows and elevate the user experience.
• Conduct and support user research , including usability testing and contextual inquiries, to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, researchers, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Document design processes and ensure clear communication with stakeholders and development teams.
• Contribute to design system development , extending and maintaining design components for scalability and consistency.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and data insights.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (advanced certifications a plus).
• 6+ years of UX design experience in complex digital products or enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software and data-driven systems (CRM, BI, CMS, etc.).
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and design collaboration tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, interaction design, and visual design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear design solutions.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences is an advantage, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
