We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in the Hayward area. Join a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
* Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
* Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
* Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
* Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
* Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed

*What We’re Looking For:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active CA SLP License (or eligibility)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
