Are you a dynamic individual eager to provide our guests with a unique experience, while also being self-reliant and able to work as part of a team? Are you also proactive and on top of the latest market trends? In addition, you are familiar with German vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include:
Promoting and closing sales of new vehicles in an appropriate, professional, and ethical manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Working diligently, conscientiously, and methodically.
Keep your knowledge of Volkswagen products and its competitors up to date and participate in all training courses.
Maintain a professional, positive, and winning attitude.
Follow up with each of your customers and keep your CRM tool up to date.
Certain qualifications are required:
Sales and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of Volkswagen products is a plus;
Interpersonal and communication skills;
Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail;
Ability to meet the needs of a diverse clientele;
Valid driver’s license (Class 5) with a clean driving record.
