QA Engineer (Manual Testing Focus)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong manual testing expertise to ensure the quality and reliability of modern web and mobile applications.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams, owning the testing process end-to-end and playing a key role in delivering high-quality releases.

Tasks

• Plan and execute manual tests: functional, UI, regression, exploratory

• Perform cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

• Validate mobile applications across iOS and Android

• Create and maintain clear, reproducible test cases

• Identify, log, and track defects in Jira, ensuring proper resolution

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and improve testability

• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues

• Contribute to QA process improvements and quality standards

Requirements

• Solid understanding of SDLC & STLC

• Proven experience in manual testing (web + mobile)

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Clear communication and ownership mindset

• English level B2/C1 (comfortable in an international environment)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium

• Basic programming skills (TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python)

• Exposure to home care / healthcare domain
