Design Consultant - SC

Re-Bath, the nation's leading bathroom remodeling company, is seeking a driven and customer-focused Design Consultant to join our South Carolina team. This is a high-impact, in-home sales role where you'll guide homeowners through the remodeling process—from design to close—using our proven system, premium products, and company-provided leads.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
• Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations
• Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close
• Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems
• Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success in sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
• Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and design/pricing tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen

• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales
• In-home consultation or design-based sales roles
• Commission-based sales environments
