Fast Track Physical Therapy and Sports Med is an outpatient physical therapist-owned private practice that has been providing exceptional physical therapy services since 2009. Over the years, we have expanded to multiple clinics in the Indianapolis area and we are growing. Our outpatient private practice clinics are in Avon, Speedway, Mooresville, Danville and Seymour.

Job Overview & Work Site
*What we treat.*
We see patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of spine, joint, TMD, plantar fasciitis, balance, vertigo as well as sports rehab.
*How we do it.*
We maintain an appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. All appointments are one hour long to give time to listen to our patients, time for manual therapy, patient education, exercise and activities. We are strong in manual therapy, all our therapists are certified in dry needling, MDT, MET as well as many other manual skills.
We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications, mentoring and individualized professional development.

License & Experience
*Requirements for this position include the following: *
* Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
* Active or pending state physical therapist license

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
