Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000-$65,000
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain individual goals and objectives as provided on a quarterly basis * Assist customers with appropriate product selection and take sales orders * Guide customers through the website and order process effectively * Process quotes, sales orders, and returns accurately and efficiently * Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity * Maintain current knowledge of lighting, patio and home decor products to help customers make their selection * Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using procedures learned during new-hire training * Ensure that customers understand product information and provide additional information to customers as needed * Handle phone-in customers with pleasant telephone etiquette and courtesy
Job Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required * Customer service and call center experience preferred * Clear understanding of sales and customer service principles * A strong grasp of Internet navigation * Ability to multi-task in multiple electronic media * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Ability to work weekend and overtime schedules, which may include various holidays

* Efficient use of internal email and other communication systems to keep current in job knowledge and department directives * Staying informed with changes in company business policies or practices * Urgency to ensure a resolution for customer problems or internal items that need follow up * Make solid effort to score well on product and customer service training * Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills * Strong analytical and decision-making skills
