Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversight of the office compliance program to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all locations.Conduct site-level risk assessments and collaborate with location teams to execute necessary actions and improvements.Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications across all office locations.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 3 years of experience in HSE engineering.In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.Certification in HSE or a related field is a plus.Willingness to travel 10-30% to Honeywell offices throughout the US. WE VALUEBachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.ASP (Associate Safety Professional) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification.Passion for promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.Strong business acumen and ability to align HSE engineering with organizational goals.Ability to wo
